20-HOUR ADVANCED CO-PARENTING MEDIATION TRAINING
This advanced mediation class is designed for the professional mediator looking to enhance their current skill set to tackle the more difficult concerns in co-parenting mediation. Current mediators seeking CEU or MCLE credits can use this course to fulfill continuing education requirements.
The course curriculum is lecture and open discussion supplemented with more than 8 hours of interactive learning activities and role-plays.
The following skills are addressed the class:
a. The training requirements listed in IFLRP 602 & 603
b. Blended families
c. Children with special needs
d. Grandparents as parents
e. Cultural considerations
f. Families with addictive behavior
Completion of this class will qualify participants with appropriate post-graduate credentials for consideration and placement on the Idaho State Supreme Court’s Child Custody Roster as per Idaho Rule of Family Law Procedure 602 & 603. Certified for MCLEs by the Idaho State Bar for 2019.

CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY: If a participant withdraws from the class with a valid reason, 15 days prior to the first class, a full refund will be issued. If a participant withdraws from the class 10 days prior to the class only 1/2 of the registration fee will be refunded. No refunds will be issued if a participant withdraws from the class less than 7 days prior to the first class.
