Learn to Solve Conflict Efficiently

Success at work depends on the ability to solve conflict efficiently while maintaining optimal work flow. Whether your goal is to complete the training hours necessary to obtain a professional mediation certification or seek key skills necessary to drive an effective workplace mediation program, this course teaches enhanced skills that will take your abilities to resolve conflicts to a higher level.

Success in organizations is heavily dependent on effective conflict management. Whether dealing with hierarchical challenges, employee conflict, customer dissatisfaction, opposition to growth and change, or any other facets of organization discourse the degree to which conflict is management effectively has a significant outcome on organizational success. Application of modern science, leadership concepts and conflict understanding drives course content and aids attendees in understanding, applying and fine-tuning the use of mediation in the workplace. NOTE: The Basic 40-Hour Mediation Training Course should be taken as a pre-requisite to this course.

PRESENTER

Carol Rodriguez, CPM – Carol Rodriguez is a renowned mediator and neuro peak performance specialist. She graduated summa cum laude from Jones International University with a BBA in global leadership and influence and a MBA in negotiation and conflict management. She is the mediation services coordinator for Idaho’s largest district court, serves on the Idaho Mediation Association board and teaches neuroscience, conflict resolution, nonverbal communication and leadership at Boise State University. Her associations with some of the world’s top neuroscientists inform her highly successful and cutting-edge approach to mediation.
