The Honorable Judge Russell Comstock will offer opening remarks. Kristie will present on creating developmentally appropriate, legally enforceable parenting plans. Handouts will be provided. This course is designed to meet Federal and State court's requirements for CEU mediation training. CLE credit pending. Topics include:

* Why specific, detailed parenting plans are important.

* Questions to consider when creating a parenting time plan.

*Ages and stages of child development and sample schedules.
