Topics covered include: parenting plans vs. property division, seeking out cases, conflict resolution theory, mediation processes & techniques, child development, psychological issues, components of parenting plans, needs of the child, issues with children, ethics of child custody mediations, family law, communicating with attorneys, reporting to the court, domestic violence, agreement writing, and billing
