Topics covered include: identifying and recognizing signs of DV, a judge's perspective, DV assessment tools, making mediation safe, roles and responsibilities of the screener, how children are affected by DV, cultural concerns, protection orders and no contact orders, dealing with triggers after DV, recognizing and addressing escalation, DV sensitive language, parenting plan, consideration where DV is present, and more!
