20-Hour Advanced Mediation Training

CEU Education Opportunity - Join me for a 20-Hour Advanced Mediation Training. This course is designed to fine tune knowledge learned in a 40-Hour Basic Mediation course, which we know is only enough to scratch the surface of skills necessary to be a top mediator. Topics explored are the neuroscience of conflict, advanced negotiation skills, trauma informed mediation, getting beyond impasse, asking better questions, learning when to validate and when not, VOM, biases, apologies and much more. Course includes ethics component and 30% role play.
