40 Hour Basic Mediation
This Basic Mediation course will cover the history and benefits of mediation, conflict resolution skills and listening skills. We will work step by step through the mediation process with instruction and role plays to include opening statements, storytelling, issues identification, problem solving, dealing with impasse, writing agreements and ethical considerations.
