Three-Hour Agreement Writing

This workshop will discuss the good, the bad and the ugly of writing mediation agreements.  Participants will learn how to develop a strong memorandum of agreement.  They will analyze sample agreements to identify weak and unenforceable statements and work to compose new agreements.
