Objective:
 Learn the basics of adult guardianship process, alternatives to guardian-ship and the value of mediation during the court process.
 Understand the issues of adult guardianship cases and the problems families face.
 Understand the effect of including or excluding in mediation those per-sons who may be involved with the adult guardianship decision-making process.

Monday 8:30am-5:00pm
Tuesday 8:30am-5:00pm
Wednesday 8:30am-4:30pm
Lunch 12:00-1:00pm ~ lunch on your own

Fee: $300 per participant

20 CEU and CLE credits pending!
