CANCELLATION REFUND POLICY: Requests to cancel and refund conference registration fees must be submitted in writing to admin@idahomediationassociation.org. Refunds will be made as follows: 100% refund for requests received by September 15, 2018; 50% refund for requests received September 16 to September 24, 2018. No refunds after September 24, 2018; however, refunds for cancellations due to illness, injury, death or emergency will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the IMA Board of Directors.
