Basic Civil Mediation

Basic Civil Mediation is a 40-hour course that explores conflict resolution, negotiation and mediation theory and practice through lectures, discussions, demonstrations, exercises and role-play.

Kim Kovach brings a wide range of knowledge and experience to this course and will ensure a fruitful, dynamic, interactive and enjoyable learning experience.
