EARLY BIRD REGISTRATIONS must be paid in full prior to August 31, 2015; otherwise, the full registration rate will be charged.  Student registrants must provide proof of student status upon request.

CANCELLATION REFUND POLICY:  Requests to cancel and refund conference registration fees must be submitted in writing to admin@idahomediationassociation.org.  Refunds will be made as follows:  100% refund for requests received by August 31, 2015; 50% refund for requests received September 1 to September 14, 2015; no refunds after September 14, 2015.  Refunds for cancellations due to illness, injury, death or emergency will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the IMA Board of Directors.
